Our company operates an 8,000 m² headquarters and a 300 m² dedicated laboratory, with annual production capacity of 1,500 metric tons and average monthly LCP material throughput exceeding 20 metric tons. Equipped with advanced domestic and international production systems, our company maintains full-process independent control from polymer modification and fiber spinning to precision packaging, enabling stable, efficient, and customized material solutions for customers worldwide. Technical Expertise Polystar materials ’s core team has nearly two decades of experience in high-performance fibers. Our team began market development and process engineering for LCP fiber and para-aramid in 2006. A dedicated laboratory was established in 2012 to develop core TLCP polymerization and spinning technologies, followed by the transition from pilot production to commercial-scale manufacturing in 2015. Since becoming independently operated in 2023, our company has accelerated the commercialization of its proprietary technologies. By 2025, Polystar held eight independently owned intellectual property rights and participated in the development of China’s national TLCP standard. Products & Customization Our company uses standardized raw materials to produce spinning-grade LCP materials with high batch-to-batch consistency in mechanical, dielectric, and thermal performance. Its LCP fiber yarn combines high strength and modulus, ultra-low moisture absorption, heat resistance, chemical resistance, excellent dimensional stability, and outstanding creep resistance. Flexible production supports customized linear densities from 7D to 3000D, multiple twist levels, and natural, black, or solution-dyed colors. Our products have been widely applied in 5G communications, electrical and electronic systems, wire-harness reinforcement, aerospace, industrial weaving, protective equipment, medical devices, marine ropes and cables, deep-sea aquaculture, and advanced composite materials.
